Job Description

Task description
  • The online volunteers will support digital outreach activities for UNV East and Southern Africa Regional Office. Online Volunteers will engage in various social media outreach activities to ensure wide reach. Specific tasks shall include the following:
  • Share and promote corporate content on various digital and social media platforms (e.g.,Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Develop creative ideas and content to engage diverse audiences and raise awareness of key messages and stories.
  • Work with the communications team to produce relevant digital content, including posts, articles, graphics, and videos.
  • Actively engage with local organizations and communities to foster partnerships and increase campaign reach.
  • Organize and participate in online events, such as virtual discussions, webinars, and digital storytelling sessions.
  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics and feedback from outreach activities.
Required experience
  • Communication and writing skills; Project management; Social Media management and content creation Graphic design and video editing skills added advantage.

Languages

  • English, Level: Fluent, Required
